About UtilsKit
UtilsKit is a website of personal finance calculators. Each page answers one money question, shows the formula with your own numbers in it, and says where every official figure came from.
Who publishes UtilsKit
UtilsKit is the publisher of every page on utilskit.com, and every page is signed with that name. It is not a government site, and no bank, lender or other financial institution pays to appear in a calculator or to influence its results.
The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense on the calculator pages and the market home pages. Advertising never changes a calculation, and there are no ads on this page or on the other site information pages.
What the calculators cover
The site is organised by market. The global edition, in English, follows no single country's tax or lending rules: it covers questions whose arithmetic is the same everywhere, such as the monthly payment on a fixed-rate mortgage. Country editions are written separately for that country, with its own rules, defaults, currency and official sources; the Taiwan edition is in Traditional Chinese. The market menu at the top of each page lists the editions that are published.
Every calculator is general information. It is not financial, tax or legal advice, and it does not know your full situation. When a lender, employer or tax authority gives you a figure, that figure takes precedence.
How the numbers are checked
Any rate, threshold, cap or bracket that a calculator uses is stored with its official source address, the year it applies to and the date it was last checked against that source. A figure that has not been checked is not shown as fact. Each calculation is tested against a worked example published by an official body. The full process is described in the editorial policy.
How AI is used
The explanations, worked examples and frequently asked questions on UtilsKit are drafted with the help of AI writing tools. AI is not treated as a source: every official figure on a page is checked one by one against the agency's own publication before the page is published, and the results are computed by tested code, not written by hand or by a model.
