These terms apply when you use utilskit.com. They are short because the site is simple: free calculators and general information, no accounts and nothing to buy.
Information, not advice
UtilsKit provides calculations and general information. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal or lending advice, and nothing is an offer of credit or a statement about what a lender, employer or agency will decide in your case. Results depend on the inputs you enter and on assumptions stated on each page, and they can differ from the figures a lender or authority produces because of rounding, fees, timing or rules a calculator does not model. Before you act on a result, confirm it with the institution involved or a qualified adviser.
Accuracy and dates
Official figures are checked against their sources and dated as described in the editorial policy. Rules and rates change, and a page reflects the figures in force on its last-verified date, which is shown at the foot of the page. UtilsKit works to keep pages correct but does not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors, and the site may change, pause or remove a calculator at any time.
Your responsibility
You decide how to use a result. To the extent the law allows, UtilsKit is not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of the site, from errors or omissions in its content, or from the site being unavailable.
Links and advertising
Pages link to official sources run by government agencies and other bodies. UtilsKit does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or availability. Ads on calculator and home pages are served by Google; an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser or its product by UtilsKit. How advertising uses cookies is explained in the privacy policy.
Using the content
The text, calculators and design of UtilsKit are the publisher's work. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Copying whole pages, republishing the calculators as your own, or collecting the site automatically at a volume that interferes with its operation is not permitted.
