Total Score 0-10.\n>= 4: Predicted Sarcopenia. High risk of poor outcomes. Further testing (grip strength, DEXA scan) is recommended.
Prevention & Treatment
1. Resistance Training: Lifting weights is the only way to reverse muscle loss.\n2. Protein Intake: Seniors need more protein (1.2g/kg) than young adults to maintain mass.
